Unable to Login to wp-admin “Warning: Cannot modify header information”

Hi folks,
I can’t get into my WordPress admin interface. When I attempt to log in, I see the following errors:

ERROR: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. For help, please see this documentation or try the support forums.I tried to make sure my wp-config.php doesn’t have any white space, but I haven’t had any luck yet.
Here is my wp-config.php file. What am I missing here, or what have I messed up?
