Unable to login to WP Admin section

    I have recently added an SSL Certificate and had confirmation it was in place. Then went into the general settings to add the S to my http website and after adding the S it states it is unsafe and then when searching the website it says it is not found!

    Help please.

    Not super skilled coder but more of the basic user of WP and other plugins.

  • You’ve renamed Http -> Https, so you need to update the wordpress database with the new url names also. In the past, I’ve used a plugin to do this – called Search & Replace. Hope this sets you in the right direction!

    Thank you very much! I got it sorted out and was able to reissue the SSL to this domain and it fixed the problem right up!
