Unable to login to WP admin dashboard

  • Hi, I made a basic website a few years ago on wordpress. Recently I needed to update a page on the site and every time I tried to I was asked to login on a webpage on the site (the website had a basic login page I added for staff to see news, rotas etc.).

    I also seem unable to access the wp admin dashboard. I have since deleted the login webpage and yet still I am directed to it whenever I try to edit any of the webpages contents.

    This is quite hard for me to describe but it feels completely broken and I may need to delete the website and build another?

    I changed the theme to see if that would help but I was still unable to login to the wordpress admin dashboard.

    I would greatly appreciate some help on this!

    Ah. You used the Jetpack plugin and redirected the login. Your best bet would be to raise a support topic there in that plugin’s support forum.

    They may be able to explain how to login when it’s not working with that plugin.
