    My Clef version is 2.2.9.4

I’m getting the message below when I try to authenticate:

The state parameter is not verified. This may be due to this page being cached by another WordPress plugin. Please refresh your page and try again

Prior to getting this message, it asked me to select on my mobile what URL I see. I selected the correct one and still got this message.

Refreshing the web browser doesn’t work. I tried on a different browser and even cleared the whole cache.

I also tried disabling all my plugins and it still gives me the same message.

    Please, help.

Hey Martin, really sorry about the issues. We just released v2.2.9.5 — can you let me know if that fixes the issue? If not, can you let me know what host you’re on and whether you use any caching plugins?

    Thanks!

The v2.2.9.5 release fixed this issue.

    Thanks.

Yep, this has happened to me twice in the past few days, blocking me out for 4 hours each time.. How am I supposed to work on my site?? I am certain I am using the most up-to date version of clef since I update my plugins regularly.
Could it be clashing with the caching on the Wordfence security plug in I use? I’m seriously thinking about binning the clef plug in on the 12 WordPress sites I host…

It seems it was clashing with a limit login attempts plug in I had installed which wasn’t tested on my version of WP.

Humbly apologises and begs Clef forgiveness…
