• I have moved my wordpress to a new server. I have followed the codex and videos. My files are uploaded, I have recreated the database, changed wp-config file with new user and database name, and I have changed Nameserves (domain name is the same). When I go to login I get the error “The website cannot display the page.”
To login I am using mydomain.com/wp-login.php
Is that correct. I think I am forgetting something basic, do I need to update wp-login.php file?

Since how long you changed the Nameservers? It can take anything from 24 – 72 hours for DNS changes to fully propagate. Second, different networks will update at different times during this period. That is, bear in mind that just because one provider has updated their records, it doesn’t mean that another will.

    Thanks Tara,
Good point. It has been 24 hours. I am fairly sure it is updated because when I type mydomain.org and place an index.html file in the root, that page comes up successfully.

Yes, same to my experienced, i contacted the support, as said, it would take a maximum of 24 hours before it will be full propagated…
