Unable to login to support page

Hi we have json content importer pro a few hours ago I submit a ticket on https://jsoncontentimporter.freshdesk.com/ but I am not able to login any more I tried to reset my password but no email is coming to my inbox (nor to spams).

I don’t know if you are able to help me from here, as I submit to my ticket I just want to modify the view of retrieved data, I want to be viewed in a table with two colums and three rows , I thought to create five seperate shortcodes each one receiving one id from table url in this way I can import in wordpress a table in each cell a shortcode so if you can help me how to retrieve with a shortcode a specific id from table will be great.
