Unable to login to my wordpress

  • On my website where we Ultimate member plugin for user role separation. Once my WP dashboard says that the plugin is in critical condition, this may affect your website as much as possible. So I decided to update this plugin. After updating this plugin, it looks working fine for an hour. But, within an hour I have been raising lots of tickets from my client regarding login issues. Also am checking the plugin configuration from my end even though everything is fine. Now I have no idea how to fix it also unable to raise a ticket for non-paid users on their website.

    Can you explain more about your current problem.

    Are there any error messages coming from UM?

    Guess: mod_security block the login functionality of Ultimate Member Plugin. So find the mod_security error and enable this role id.

    Hi @sudiptomahmud,

    Yes Of course, whenever am trying to login get an error called “Something is wrong”. And am not sure why it is getting triggered, I ask you to try registering in the link which I mentioned below. After the registration one activation link will send to the respective mail, by clicking the link your account will activated. Once your account is activated, it takes you to your account page. Click logout and try login again you must see that error and you will understand the issue much better.

    Am not sure mod_security plugin, but after some Google searches am parallely working on it. Kindly do the needful.
