  • Hi Fayaz,

    Did you make any changes recently that could give us some clues about what might be causing the issue? You might try adding the following lines to your wp-config.php file:

    ‘define(‘WP_SITEURL’, ‘https://muslimweddingflight.com’);
    define(‘WP_HOME’, ‘https://muslimweddingflight.com’);’

    I would also check the permissions of your files and folders for your WordPress installation. Folders should be 755 and files should be 644. The permissions can be checked/changed using FileManager or FTP.

    I hope this helps. Please post again if you need further assistance.

    What version of WordPress are you currently using?

    Hello Eva
    Sorry that I couldn’t check back on this page as I was caught up with some commitments. Thanks for your kind help. I will add the lines as advised and will revert soon.

    Esmi: I have updated the current WordPress on my blog.

    Thank you both and hope the above suggestion works.

    Regards,
    Fayaz

    Hello Eva,

    I made the corrections as advised and got the following message:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘WP_SITEURL’ (T_STRING) in /home1/zayaf121/public_html/wp-config.php on line 19

    Kindly advise what I should do now?

    @fayazpasha Please do not create duplicate topics for the same thing. I’ve deleted the many other topics, it makes it harder to support you when you do that.

    Have you tried the following yet?

    – Deactivate all of your plugins, no exceptions.
    – Switch to the Twenty Fifteen WordPress theme.
    – Re-upload a fresh copy of WordPress on top of your existing installation, exclude wp-content and make sure you keep wp-config.php file safe

    When you do that, does the error still occur?

    @fayazpasha

    Don’t panic, We can fix this issue

    How do I switch to Twenty Fifteen WP Theme?

    if you don’t feel comfortable messing with the database, then, alternately, you can switch to the default theme using FTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides (no Dashboard access required). Navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and switch to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder by adding “-old” to the end of the folder name. Alternately, you can remove other themes except the default theme. That will force your site to use it.
