Unable to login to dashboard

In the reviewed the screenshot and it seems that you are not able to access wp-admin, as you are already logged in.

Can you please confirm, are you using any admin role permission or user management plugins? If yes that can be one of the issues.

Try creating a new Admin User through Database and check if you are able to log in.

sorry for the late reply.

I am not using any admin role permission plugins.

As you have suggested creating a new admin user through the database, but it didn’t work for me. same issue.

One more thing I want to add it that if I use /wp-admin then it is showing an error message but if I use wp-login then the login page appears. After entering the login details, it shows the same error as shared in the screenshot.
