    Hi @ttran18 this issue is surprising to see. Can you use SSH/FTP or your webhosting portal to rename our plugin’s directory/folder to temporarily deactivate it? That should put everything back to normal.

    Hi @auctollo, thank you for your kind reply.

    I have tried your advices, however when deactivating the plugin from our host portal, I manage to access and scroll around the interface of the dashboard, but I cannot navigate between sections or access into plugin pages to find and adjust the plugins.

    And when I try to access the “Add new” section under Plugins page, the site leads to an announcement: “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” (See attached). But I have not received any email from WordPress indicating the detailed error.?The URL of this is wp-admin/plugin-install.php
