    Thanks for the reply @salvatorefresta

Any way to do this manually?
Or should I delete the plugin and remove all rules from Cloudflare, to reset it and be able to adjust the mentioned setting?

Just purge manually the cache from Cloudflare, then login to your wordpress backend, change the option, save the settings and purge the cache again

Forgot about that obvious and simple solution.

Thanks Salvatore, I’ve enabled development mode at Cloudflare and was able to login.

I’ve changed “Overwrite the cache-control header for WordPress’s pages using web server rules” from Yes to No.

If there are any other settings you advice to change, please let me know.

Not by now. On upcoming version you can enable the workers mode that uses CF workers instead of page rules. It’s a more stable solution for litespeed server

Let me know if all works now

Indeed, everything works now, issue solved. Thanks for your help.
