Unable to login my pro account

    After contacting your support multiple times about being a pro user and not being able to log into my account ( https://prnt.sc/g7mpePUCeJqN ), I still didn’t receive a response. This is why I pasted my question here as well.

    Is this how you provide support to your pro users?

    In the event you are unable to assist me regarding this, I would like my money back, and I will cancel my subscription.

    You’re using a commercial/premium theme/plugin, so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

    Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

    The support couldn’t be provided without the user’s login. It appears that their login functionality isn’t working, so where can I find support for this issue?

    It has been more than 2-3 days past but still have not gotten a response yet.

    So this is how you provide support to your premium users.

    I’m unable to log in to my support forum panel so how can I send the request to support?

    Whenever I try to log in it gives me an error just like I send it on the screenshot.

    If you look at the entire support topics for this plugin you’ll see that the devs rarely answer. And, as noted above, you’re a customer of theirs, so you need to contact them through their website. Make various threats here, “or I’ll take the necessary steps”, is not useful. No one at wp.org can help you login to their site. I’m closing this topic as it’s reached its end.
