Unable to login for the first time :(

So i bought a domain and host space form ipage, and did the one click wordpress install through their mojomarketplace. All seemed fine, they sent me an e-mail with a link to my login details, but when i try to login, the page just refreshes. no matter what details i put in. i also tried resetting the password and its the same story. tried leaving it a few hours to see if it would start working but it hasn’t. ?? no error message or message if i put in false details. i will also warn you i am completely new to this so will need to be taken through any help processes baby step at a time.
