Unable to login. Error saying cooking must be enabled.

Multisite child site: https://scitonkorea.com (setup today)
Multisite child site: https://stimulase.com (setup a month ago)Unsure if it’s the update to WP 4.8.2 today or if something else changed, but I am no longer able to log into any Multisite child sites, the browser reporting “ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.”.
Login worked fine a few weeks ago. The front-facing portion of the multisite works fine still, but the admin won’t login.

Anybody else experience this or have tips for a resolution?

Cookies are enabled. Tried multiple browsers, including private mode to make sure there are no other cookies enabled.
It works fine if I keep the Multisite pages in subdomain format (eg. scitonkorea.sciton.com) but as soon as I modify it to just scitonkorea.com, it throws the cookie error.
Again, what’s strange is this worked fine a few weeks ago.
