Unable to login as delivery manager

Hi, i have created the user and given role of delivery manager and also changed status to active but i am unable to login it is giving me message as “you are not a registered delivery driver”.please help, i am using proper url which is for delivery manager that ends with /delivery-drivers-manager/ but still i am facing the problem.
