Unable to Login After Installation

    Hi, I’m a rookie, new to wordpress.

    I just installed wordpress and completed the config, but when I tried to log in it showed error.

    Error shown here : evenstar.comze.com/wp-login.php

  • It seems something went wrong when you installed WP.

    1. Download a fresh copy of WP to your desktop
    2. Use FTP to access your site
      e.g. https://filezilla-project.org/download.php
      Your webhost will probably have given you the ftp-access data
    3. FTP:download the ‘wp-config.php’ file from your site
    4. FTP:UPLOAD the fresh WP-files; OVERWRITING the existing files
    5. FTP:Re-Upload the ‘wp-config.php’ to your site
    6. Browser: Check the result

    Alternatively:
    Instead of ftp use the webaccess dashboard functions provided by the webhost.
    This usually is not as versatile and more cumbersome.
