    Hello,

    Subscribers are having issues logging in.

    Get a message stating to solve captcha correctly yet we are using v3.

    Please advise, thanks.

    I am sorry to read about your problem. I need more information to understand the context of the problem. So can you please answer the below questions?

    1) Is this a new install or not?
    2) If it is not, when did this start happening? Maybe after an update of this or any other plugin on the website?
    3) What version of the plugin are you using?
    4) Are you using the default WordPress login page, or do you have a custom one?
    5) Is this happening to all the users, or a number of them?
