• Hello, I’m frustrated as I needed to create a new account to get support as you can’t post a question if you’re not logged in. Nevermind.

My problem is that I can’t log in anymore.

I have a personal blog created last year with www.remarpro.com which I’ve recently migrated to a new hosting platform. For some unknown reason, I’m unable to log in to WordPress. I’m told that my account/email doesn’t exist. But my blog is online, and I can access the back end of it through the profile section on my hosting platform.

How can I resolve this issue? Thanks

  • If you can access the backend, can you view the WP Admin, navigate to users, and confirm your user is there with the correct email address and admin user role?

Hi Chris, yes the correct email address is there and it’s set as Administrator. The 2FA status column is set as Inactive.

However when I try to log in, it reads the account doesn’t exist. How to fix the issue? thanks
