unable to login

I used web hosting that came with a script installer that automatically installed Word Press to my site, which is great. Problem is, I’m a noob, and can’t figure out how to access the Word Press blog itself in order to edit/update it. I have the Vista panel for my site which doesn’t seem to have anything related to Word Press on it. So, I checked out my blog itself, and there’s a link that says Meta: log in. I’m not sure what that means; is that where I’d need to log in to update/change the blog? Because when I try to log into it, it keeps telling me my username/password aren’t valid, despite me entering in all applicable ones I can think of.

I’d like to change my blog’s theme, add a plug in or two, and just be able to update it, for that matter. I don’t know how to do any of this right now. And I can’t find any information on working with Word Press that was automatically installed with a scipt installer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
