If I enter a wrong password in the login fields, I get a message that those detailsa are wrong. But when I enter my correct details it refuse to log me in, it just reloads the login page.
Before now, when I login it would not redirect to the admin page until I go to the address bar and enter the admin page manually. I never knew it would get this worse.
Please I need your help as I have to access my wordpress admin but this plugin wouldn’t let me.

  • I am colaborating with this plugin, a quick solution would be renaming the plugin folder by using ftp. That will disable the plugin. Let me know if that helps to get in your admin

    Hey guys,

    victor.zorentti is right.

After you have done that please activate the plugin and click on the Sync tab, then click on the sync already users button.

That should fix the login issue. This never happens, but.. WP is a changing system and from time to time we have to call to the “emergency” sync feature.

Let me know if that helps a few

Just to make sure we’re on the same page.

These are the step you have to follow in order to get everything working

    1) Rename the plugin’s folder by using ftp.
    2) Get in your admin as usual.
    3) Install or re-activate the plugin.
    4) Go through the Sync process.

Let me know if that helps

I have managed to disable the plugin and now seeing wordpress native login, but when I try to login I get the following error:

ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.

What surprises me is that when using my Samsung Tablet, I can login freely, but when I try logging in using my system I get the error above. I have cleared my browser histoy, cache, cookie, and everything but the problem still persists.
    Please help.

That’s an error displayed by WordPress not our plugin. The error message is very clear. You have to enable cookies in your computer or browser.

It has nothing to do with clearing your temp files. You must enable cookies in your browser.

Like I said in my previous post, I have done all that. I have enabled cookies and done all the necessary things but still no luck.
Someone suggested to me that the problem could be because I am browsing through a proxy, since I can have access to the admin when using my Samsung Tablet which uses a different network from the one I use to browse the internet. But why would a plugin conflict with my proxy is the very next question on my mind.

Just to make sure this is not a plugin issue. Are you able to get in your admin by using your Samsung when the plugin is deactivated?
