Unable to Login

  • For days I was getting weird error messages and could not log in to my site. I changed the password, but it changed it on some old blogs I had, not my active one. I tried to reset the password, but WordPress isn’t recognizing my user name (and I can’t use my email address because that’s associated with other WordPress sites). Help me!

  • Try using either the phpMyAdmin solution, or one of the ftp methods described in these instructions: Resetting Your Password
    Please read carefully before deciding which method might work best for you.

    Do you recall exactly what the message was? That might also reveal a clue or two.
