unable to login

    i just reset the password this week. There is no error, its just a blank screen in the browser. i have also deleted the browsing and reset IE settings.

    i’ve tried logging in a few more times today and browser is still just blank. any suggestions?

    its just a blank screen in the browser.

    Something on your site probably is tossing 500 errors. That’s usually what a blank web page means.

    Try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    Neither FTP or phpMyAdmin require being able to login via the WordPress dashboard.
