Unable to log into site: All accounts no longer verified

When I tried to log into my site today, I was told that I need to verify my account. The verification email was never sent. I tried resetting the password. No luck. I tried my other admin account. No luck. No account at all is verified now. I tried disabling plugins through the file manager in CPanel by renaming with .old at the end of the folder name for each plugin. No luck. Did I just lose my site for good? What else can I do?
