Unable to log into my WordPress Account

  • Hi WordPress,

    I’m desperate – I’m not able to enter my WordPress account due to the setup of 2FA sometime back. Further, I do not have access to my old mobile phone number as I have relocated from Australia to Singapore. I’m also not able to find the previous Paypal transaction ID as requested via the Account Recovery Form. I’m sorry to trouble you – but is there any other way for me to enter my account? I’m able to log in using my email address + password but I’m stuck at the 2FA page as my mobile number has changed since March this year.

    If you’re referring to your wordpress.com account, due to the differences between the free hosted blogs offered at wordpress.com and the self-hosted and self-installed version of WordPress supported here, you should probably ask WordPress.com Support instead.
