    I’m not 100% sure. Did you happen to see any errors in the Duplicator log. Here is a thread that may help…

    Hey Cory, thanks for writing!

    So I gave up and started from scratch, bringing over my DB and manually replacing my old domain name etc. Sometimes doing it the hard way works out. But if others report this same problem I would look out for it, because I only did the standard export from Duplicator on a fresh WP install and ran into the issue.

    Also I found (for people with the similar issues) you can copy the actual MD5 hash and activation code from your admin user in the WP User table. Then paste those values into your new DB User’s table. And the user’s pass should work.

    I don’t recall that specific error before. But I do answer quite a few threads so it may have happened, but its definitely not a common occurrence. If it happens again, just submit a support ticket and I can have a closer look at your package to see if its something I can produce.

    Also don’t forget on step 2 of the installer you can create a new Admin user which should allow you to at least get back into your admin to check things out…
