unable to log into backend with correct credentials

I had to change my password again, but I have been using the correct username/password. Is this a possible CleanTalk issue or something else?
This latest incident, I first was unable to log into my backend at a local cafe. Then I tried the next day (today) at my home and my password still wouldn’t work and I had to change it.
