Unable to log into admin panel

    I’m unable to log into admin panel.
    When I changed ‘home’ and ‘siteurl’ values in options table to ‘https://vmax.com’ it works. But when I changed it back to ‘https://www.vmax.com’ it gives error “ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.”

    While checking I found that wordpress test cookie (wordpress_test_cookie) is not created when when I change ‘siteurl’ and ‘home’ value to ‘https://www.vmax.com’.

    1. I’ve cookies enabled on browser
    2. tried to disable plugin and theme
    3. Updated wp-config.php

    Please suggest on it.
