Problem began last night–was not able to preview a draft of a post after saving it. This morning, unable to log in (could not get to page to enter my password) to my site–got Internal server error).

Went to my File Manager in Yahoo and changed name of plugins, but still could not log on. Changed name of theme, was able to log on once, took me to Theme’s page, but could not activate Suffusion theme from there nor could I go any where within–just shows blank pages. Logged off, tried logging back on, just shows an internal server error (500) as before, and can’t even get to logon page to enter password, as before. So I can’t get into the site to repair and my knowledge is limited on the back end–File Manager and such.

Recently upgraded WordPress version and Suffusion version and other plugins. Have also changed a few things with custom css.

Have used this site and theme for quite a while now with no problems. Have another site, https://mtmcclanahan.com, with same theme and versions that I can log on to and seems to be fine.

    Site is https://thepainterstongue.com (https://mtmcclanahan.com/ThePaintersTongue)
    Windows 7 Home, IE10, PHP 5.3.6, MySQL 5.1.55, WP 3.6.1, Suffusion theme 4.4.7.

    Thank you for any help.

Everything is now back to normal and I honestly don’t know why. The only thing I can contribute it to is a couple of plugins I deleted from my file manager. But I didn’t think a plugin could keep me from getting to the password login page. I do notice that whatever CSS plugin I was using is now gone and my changes are gone also but I don’t remember deleting that plugin specifically. I didn’t think changing the CSS could have that effect either. I had also changed the name of the theme in file manager but had no immediate effect–maybe there was a delay for some reason.
