unable to log in to my wordpress dashboard

  • When I try to log in to my admin area, it just keeps resetting to the log in page. I logged in fine two days ago, but as of today, I can not log in. I have rebooted my computer and cleared all my web history. Not sure what else todo. Is there a problem with wordpress? I have also tried different browsers. Micosoft Edge, Google Chrome and Firefox. I get the same result on all browsers. The website itself appears to run without any problems. https://magicvalleygemclub.org

    Hi,

    WordPress is server based software so you don’t have to reboot your computer. History are just logs that record your activity and this should not affect your login. You can try:

    1. Clear up your browser cookies and try again.

    2. Try to login on another computer.

    3. If you have another administrator account, kindly ask them to reset your password and try again.

    My wordpress log in redirect issue is continuing. I have worked with Godaddy through their help techs as well as the web security techs. We have disabled plug ins, themes, reset website and all databases to a previous back up, tried running from a different pc and host of other things. Still can not log in to wp-login. Anyone have suggestions. I am not real tech savy. The website itself, runs perfect. I just can not log in to my dashboard to make updates!
