unable to log in to admin,site is unavailable

  • So , I have no idea what happened . My wife uploaded a video to the company W/P page and the site is now down . it says the webpage is not available . when i tried to access the account through the admin link…it says the same thing. I doubt she changed the url but I can not find out for sure since there is no way to log in anymore.
    Sorry i do not know what version she is using all i do know is she has only had this site for about a year.

    Any thoughts ,help or direction I should be looking?

    Hmmm, I tried both Chrome and I E on 2 different laptops . They both are showing its down on my end. What system are you using? I cleared the cache already .

    How can I get into the admin….do you have that link so I can see that it works and try to log in to it ?

    Both appear to be working fine. I checked with Chrome, IE 11, FF and Edge.

    Just to make sure we’re on the same page, are you not able to see your site or the login page at all, or is the error message something you see only after inputting your login info?
