Unable to log in on wp-admin and site down

I’ve been unable to log into https://poponthepop.com/wp-admin and my site (https://poponthepop.com) has been down for hours at a time for the past few days.

Is this a wordpress problem? I don’t think it’s connected to my host or server and I’ve been cussing them out over this.

PLEASE help me!! =(
