• Tested on both Nexus 4 (running Android 5.0.1) and Nexus 7 (running Android 4.4.4).

If you try to log in you get the following error message:

The password you entered for the username *username* is incorrect. Lost your password?

Resetting the password doesn’t help. I can log out and log in on a desktop PC (using both Internet Explorer and Chrome) without issue so there is something going on with mobile users.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Anyone please?

Try deactivating your plugins and see if you can login then on a mobile device.

Are you using the mobile app?

I’ve tried that thanks – that’s how I know it’s this plugin causing the issue.

And it’s on the website as an end user not the app to get to the backend.

Okay, hopefully the developer of the plugin can help you – I don’t know anything about it, unfortunately – but since you patiently waited for 2 months, thought it was worth making sure it wasn’t a more general issue.

I am unable to reproduce this issue. Furthermore, there is nothing in the code that would make logging in different on mobile vs. PC.
