    Hi, I have been having issues trying to log in after I logged out of my account. We used our account to log in but it told us the “Password is invalid” even though we just signed up for the account a few minutes ago using the same password.

    We have tried on multiple occasions to reset passwords but to no avail – saying Password reset link is invalid. This has happened for two user accounts.

    How do I check for cache plugin? I previously installed but only activated the plugin recently. So I believe there shouldn’t be a cache plugin.

    This problem similar to a cache problem. You could see descriptions of plugins on plugin page and check the cache plugin.
