Unable to log back into admin portal

  • I’ve cleared my cash & history & tried turning off all of my plug-ins & extensions in chrome. I’ve also done the same through internet explorer but keep getting the same error message.

    “Fatal error: Call to undefined function er_option_data() in /home/content/94/2078094/html/wp-content/plugins/erovo/portfolio.php on line 53”

    Log into your FTP and rename the Erovo folder to something else. erovo-bu Probably isn’t able to run on the version you’re running. Then let me know if you can get in.

    The error comes from Erovo plugin. It will not go away unless your disable it.

    If you’re using cPanel hosting, go to File Manager and navigate to public_html folder. Then go to wp-content folder, then plugins folder. In that folder, find a folder called erovo and delete it. This will disable the plugin, and the error will go away. You will be able to login again.

    If you need that plugin, try installing it again. It might work. If you keep having the same error after trying to install plugin, then the plugin might not be compatible with something – maybe recent version of WordPress.

    Tried using ftp it just says pageok

    You need to do A LOT more than just log in. Rename the folder for that plugin EROVO. Then refresh. If you don’t know how to rename a folder let me know.
