Unable to locate WordPress Content directory…

Unable to locate WordPress Content directory (wp-content).

I know why this happened but I want to fix it I am moving my site to a new server so I installed WordPress then I moved my wp-content to my new server to get the images.

The plugins show up and so did the theme, but the images have not in the gallery. I am also getting this error when trying to install the WordPress importer.

I am also running the site in a sub directory not in the root folder.
