Unable to locate strings for translation

This bilingual website is currently not public, but I’m working with a WPZOOM theme, which also developed this plugin and used WPML to translate the content.

So far, everything seems to work except for WPML’s system cannot find the strings for the body of the Social Icons widgets on the sidebar and Footer: Column 1. I can see the strings for the Titles but cannot see the body copy strings to be able to translate.

Any help in figuring out a solution is greatly appreciated!
