    Hey there! So we were using restropress back in the summer with the exford theme and stripe. Everything was working well in regards to checkout, now I am facing difficulties once processing the payment we receive “unable to locate payment method”. I’ve tried switching to multiple themes, have reset my API & live keys multiple times, everything on the stripe dashboard seems to be fine – webhook is in place etc. Is there something that can be done to fix this issue?

    Sorry for the issue.
    First thing is am unable to review your website URL, please provide the correct URL for which i can able to review the issue.For now when i visit your website URL its asking for login.

    According to my opinion you need to check the correct stripe details and also check that you have added the license key for the extension or not.

    After these if you have still having the issue you need to create a ticket regarding the issue.

    Thank you this has all been fixed.

    I updated all versions we were running on however I have run into another issue with the store timing & ordering intervals updates.

    The payments are now able to go through just fine, however when you select a food item you are no longer able to choose a pick up time or date.

    Pre-orders are enabled, and all keys are in place for all of these current versions:

    Restropress – 2.6.3.2
    Restropress – order time, intervals and limits 1.4
    Restropress – store timing & delivery cutoff 1.9.5
    Restropress – tips 1.7
    Stripe payment gateway for restropress – 1.5

    However my original “store timing” 1.8 created a fatal error, in which I deactivated and deleted this plug in. I am not able to locate this plug in again for download, everything was working perfectly fine with the store timing options up until I updated everything. I have switched themes multiple times thinking this could be the issue however I was on a chat with your support team last night and they couldn’t help me locate the issue.

    Would you be able to provide a download for the original store timing if there is an update so I can get this back up and running today?

    I have made the site live, I had it on private before to avoid our customers having difficulties.

    I checked your URL and am unable to see any delivery or pickup button on the popup when I click on the add button. Am not sure is there any customization or not, therefore as per my suggestion please check with WordPress’s default theme “twenty seventeen” and also deactivate other plugins and test with only the RestroPress plugin and extensions. For the delivery/pickup time issue please check on admin settings General -> Time Interval Order Limits and here check disable pick up time and disable delivery time, if these two options are checked then make it unchecked.

    According to your query regarding store timing extension, the latest version is 1.9.5 and according to my review, there is no fatal error or any issue. Hope you have already this version if not then you can contact us through our official support chat.

    Thank you, I rolled back my entire website and started from scratch, seems to be working now.
