    Whenever user tries to click on their profile, they see this error.

    the issue was “fatal error, there was an error with the website” throughout the buddypress section but whenever i uninstall the youzify plugin, everything work fine but i later tried to install “bp classic” after installing “bp classic” some pages were not having error anymore but the user profile page where activities, groups, posting etc can be seen are not displaying and it display the theme in a different way.

    I’m a lite version user but surely have it mind to get the pro when the fund comes

    Hello @blesskidadesokan,

    Please make sure you update your Youzify and BuddyPress to the newest version And then, make sure you did not install BP Classic.

    But if the issue persist, please follow these steps:

    • Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
    • If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.
    • Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySeventeen (or other default WordPress theme).
    • On your WordPress root folder, edit the wp-config.php and set the value of WP-DEBUG to true.
