Unable to load new banner

    We recently re branded our club name. We moved our website from one.com to bluehost.com. I’m trying to upload the new banner. I was successful uploading to media library. I select under current header add a new image. Then I select the image I uploaded from my media library. Then choose select and crop. Then my page turns white. In the top left corner says Crop Image and below that are the tabs Upload files/ Image library. The image that I selected never uploads.

    have you contact your hosting provider (bluehost)?

    Yes. More than once. They said it was a Word Press issue. Offered a support package.
