Unable to load media files

Have you had a chance to read through this troubleshooting guide on https://wp.stories.google/docs/troubleshooting, particularly for Siteground?

Yes, I’ve read through and added the code to the htaccess file in Siteground.

But its still showing the same message. Unable to load media files.
