    Hi,

    Whenever i try to select media in web story it creates an error

    saying

    Unable to load media
    We detected a potential misconfiguration that prevents media items from loading correctly. This may be due to media being hosted on an external CDN. Learn how to address this.

    Hi there, thanks for reaching out.

    Have you tried the debugging steps mentioned in the documentation page linked to in the error message? Looking at your screenshot & website it could be either a CORS issue or a mixed HTTP/HTTPS issue.

    If you open the browser’s dev tools console (In Chrome, right-click, and select Inspect, then the Console tab.) you should be seeing some error message(s) that would help determine the exact issue.
