You can try to add a target property to your script call

target will be a class selector.

hbspt.forms.create({
		portalId: ...,
		formId: ...,
		target: "#forms-container",
		region: ...});

Make sure you still have the v2.js script being loaded

I can see the error

Uncaught ReferenceError: hbspt is not defined

also by looking at the network tab I can see the v2.js is not being loaded
