Unable to load Elementor on page

    I’m working on a quick site for a friend and wanted to save some time with Royal Addons. I was able to successfully create the home page and contact us page. I tried to modify one of the templates in the Nature theme. I saved my changes and any time I open that page or try to create a new one from scratch, I get the “sorry content area was not found in your page” and get the “open in safe mode” dialogue box. The page elements are gone. It’s almost like Elementor Pro and Royal Addons are not working together well. Can you help?

    Hi, if you have the error “sorry content area was not found in your page” it means you don’t have page template created – please follow the video to learn how to create a page template https://youtu.be/cwkhwO_rPuo?t=880

    EL Pro and REA working together, but if you are planning to edit any theme builder template I recommend you to watch this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cwkhwO_rPuo to learn about theme builders and templates.

    Thanks for the videos. I created a page template, applied it to a page and still got the error message. Additionally, I tried creating a brand new page and got the same error message.

    Hi,

    Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]

    Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content and click on Download Export File and then send this file to our email – [email protected] as well

    We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.
