Unable to load blog

I suddenly can’t open my blog. It’s
https://www.starsstripesshop.com/blog (which it is exactly what’s listed in site and home per my database – should they have /wordpress/ in them?)When I try to open I get a blank page and this in the address bar “https://www.starsstripesshop.com/blog/?”.
I did uninstall FrontPage extensions even with the warning I’ lose “.htaccess” (whatever that is?).
If I try to open any other URL such as
“https://www.starsstripesshop.com/blog/wp-admin/”I get “Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_option() in /home/rbur/public_html/blog/wp-admin/admin.php on line 7”
Hopeful for any advice/suggestiohs on what to do? Thanks, Bob.
