• Plugin skips processing an archive probably because of the “Unable to list FTP directory content” message. See the log below:

    09.10.2017 11:15:50 Archive was uploaded (archive_files_24.zip)
09.10.2017 11:15:50 Unable to list FTP directory content (/subdoms/teszt/archives)
    09.10.2017 11:15:50 Archive was uploaded (archive_files_26.zip)

Result: one archive skipped and the processing never ends.
    Could you please check?

    Hello @murena,

it is possible that your FTP-user does not have enough permissions to create a directory. Please check your access permissions or contact your hosting provider to ask if your FTP-user has access permissions to create plugin directory?

    Hi,

Thanks for answer, but I have no problems with permissions.
I think the cause of the issue is that my provider has a slight (couple of seconds) delay after uploading the file and before publication on web or other ftp connections.
So it can happen that one ftp thread uploads the file, but the following ftp connection will not see it immediately.
