Unable to list API resources in woocommerce

I am getting this weird error every time I request to list any type of resources through WooCommerce API v1/v2. I have authenticated by JWT (using a plugin by Enrique Chavez) and am able to successfully obtain a JWT token. I also attached it to the header as it should (Authorization: Bearer token). This works for WordPress API requests but for WooCommerce, I always end up with this annoying error:

Sorry, you cannot list resources

This site I am running uses SSL too if that matters.

Any idea?
