Unable to leave comments or see individual articles

I’ve created a new blog (www.hawkeyetalk.net) and the comments do not seem to work. If you click on the comments link for an entry it brings you back to the main page. Also if you click on an individual article it also brings you back to the main page. For some reason the ?p=XX link doesn’t work and it just goes back to the main page. I’ve compared the installation to another site I have and there is no difference. I’ve tried reloading the wordpress files and it made no difference. I’ve tried this using the classic and default themes as well as my customized theme. Any ideas? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
