Hi @taraknathgorai, thanks for sending your diagnostic over!

I’ve taken a look and can see your site is reporting: wp_remote_post() test back to this server failed! Response was: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 out of -1 bytes received

If you refresh the Diagnostics page a few times, does the error come and go? You might need to test your connection to noc1.wordfence.com with cURL, if you have access to the server by SSH. If not, you may need your network administrator or host to check that communications to our server isn’t being blocked.

To see if a more specific error message is being returned with the scan attempt failure, could you could do the following steps for me too?:

    • Go to the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page
    • In the “Debugging Options” section check the circle “Enable debugging mode”
    • Click to “Save Changes”.
    • CANCEL any current scan and start a NEW scan
    • Copy the last 20 lines from the Log (click the “Show Log” link) or so of the activity log once the scan finishes and paste them in this post.

Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostic > Debugging Screenshot

    Thanks,

    Peter.
