Unable to install themes

    When I try uploaded the zipped themes of the themes i just bought, I get an error that says:

    This site can’t be reached.
    ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCAL_ERROR

    I have a premium theme. I will just ask for a refund. Its hard to get support after 2 weeks and I’ve selected a different theme now.
