    We have upload your plugins but it doesn’t appread in our wordpress

    IT is due to the version ?

    What do you mean by “doesn’t appear in wordpress”? It doesn’t appear in plugins admin page or there is no admin menu item related to this plugin?
    If it’s second case, you have to activate the plugin first.

    If this answer doesn’t solve your problem, please provide more info about your issue(how do you install/upload/activate the plugin)

    I’ve activated the plugins but can’t find prinQ extension in my menu (on the left , not even in the woocommerce section
